Owned Lake Forest Park Mansion & managed $300,000 renovation budget by producing: project renovation estimates and schedules, financial budgets, and cost-benefit analysis' to my silent partners. Also managed 80 sub-contractors and interior design teams. The estate was the 1990 A.S.I.D. Designer Show Home and entertained over 20,000 people in 30 days. I put the estate on the National & State Register of Historic Places. | ||
